1. What Road Coach is

Road Coach is a study aid for state driver knowledge (permit) tests: practice questions, mock exams, study notes, flashcards and road-sign guides. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a substitute for any state DMV, MVC or testing authority. Your state's official driver manual and test rules always take priority. We work to keep content accurate and current, but laws and manuals change; if you find a mistake, please report it.

2. Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email or phone. Keep access to that email or phone secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at support@roadcoach.ai if you think someone else has used it.

3. Plans and payment

• Plans are one-time payments for a set period (2 weeks or 2 months) or for life (family plan, up to 3 people). Nothing renews automatically.
• Prices are shown before you pay, in US dollars. Founder prices apply to purchases made during the founder period and stay with that purchase.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
• The lifetime family plan covers up to 3 people in one household, each with their own progress.

4. Refunds and the pass promise

There are no change-of-mind refunds. If you don't pass your state's official knowledge test while your plan is active, you can get a free extension, and money back only if you first reached the guarantee grade of 98% on our Master exam (passing it at the DMV pass mark is not enough). 5. Using Road Coach fairly

Road Coach is for your personal study. Please don't copy, resell, scrape or redistribute our questions or content, share one account among unrelated people, try to get around payment or access controls, or use Road Coach during an official test.

6. Our content

Road Coach's questions, explanations, hints, images and software belong to L3V Driving or its licensors. Road-sign artwork follows the public federal standard (MUTCD). Some illustrations and translations are prepared with the help of AI tools and are reviewed; they are study aids, not official material.

7. No guarantee of a result

We can't guarantee that you will pass your test. Apart from the free extension and the money-back guarantee described above, Road Coach is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be limited.

8. Changes and ending

We may update Road Coach and these terms. If a change materially affects a plan you already bought, we will tell you and you may ask for a refund of the unused part. You can stop using Road Coach at any time; we may suspend accounts that break these terms.
