What documents do I need for a Arkansas learner permit?

Under 18: your original or certified U.S. birth certificate (no hospital certificates, photocopies or laminated copies). Non-U.S. citizens bring a passport with visa and I-94 or another immigration document. 18 and older: two primary documents, or one primary and one secondary document, from the accepted list. Under 18: one secondary document, the ASP-33 Parent Affidavit (signed in the office in front of the examiner, or notarized and brought within 30 days).
